Darkhorse started his time in San Francisco managing and executing bookings for many of the now top dj's like Derek Carter, Hardkiss Brothers, Mark Farina and many more soon to become superstars of the decks. He ran the break out night “The Gardening Club,” with Charles Edwards from Fax, now of Pure Evil. A Monday night affair, it was the decompression chamber for those in the know after a hard weekend, that was graced by some of the best dDJ's in the world, and all had to spin music they would play for their friends on a sunday morning, back at the pad.
A Seasoned DJ, he has traveled all over the world to perform in the last ten years, playing along side the likes of Alex Patterson and the Orb, Death in Vegas, Pharcyde, Chemical Brothers, Tim Love Lee, Coldcut, Herbaliser, Kid Koala, Consolidated, Doc Martin, Rockers Hi-Fi, Daft Punk, Harvey, Dave Seaman and John Kelly to name a few and at clubs like The Gardening Club, The Gathering, Stompy, Black Diamond, Spundaes, Wino, Bulletproof, Wicked, Heavenly, Boogie Buffet, Sound factory in NY, Nikita in SF, Ministry of Sound, Renaissance and the new Pacha in Egypts, Sharm el Sheik.
Also he has worked as a Music Supervisor on many projects, notably, Hotbeds "Confessions of a Burning man," and "Happily, Even After," also producing & writing music for both films. Other credits are Producer and Music Supervisor for the TV show "Freak City," and Sound Engineer on the award winning PBS TV show " The Cutting Edge."
His latest project is "Music for Moving Images." A Film & TV music placement series. The company represents a select group of commercially successful composers/bands, offering much sort after music. Credits include: BBC, ITV, Citroen, GM, NBC, Tetra Pak, Oxygen Network, Sky Sports, Apple Computers, Burton Snowboards & many more.
